He also developed the Finch Windmill an arm conditioning tool which Jennie first used at the age of 10. She threw 13 no-hitters and six perfect games in high school. Following high school, she attended the University of Arizona and was awarded a triple-time All American pitcher as also a first baseman. The Honda Award, given to the nation's top softball players in 2001 after the Wildcats won the title of national champions and, in 2002, was won by her. Wounded warrior amputee softball (WWAST), a team consisting of amputees who have a purpose to promote awareness and raise funds by playing shows, star softball teams and other events which highlight the strength and sacrifices that our servicemen and women and how they can overcome every obstacle.
